Returns will be accepted for fourteen working days from the day of delivery. Within this period, you may return the product you purchased and terminate the purchase agreement without penalty and without providing a reason for your return. For hygienic reasons, this return policy does not apply to underwear and similar garments and to consumable goods.
If you wish to return a product, you must contact the customer service department to let us know you wish to terminate your purchase agreement. Such communications must be sent in writing an email to atencionalcliente@inverseteams.com
The CLIENT may return any product, except those indicated, as long as they have not been used and retain their seal or original packaging.
If you receive a product other than the one you ordered, we will replace it with the correct product at no additional cost. The same policy applies for broken, damaged or substandard products. In this case, please make a written note of this on the shipping invoice and send an email to this effect to atencionalcliente@inverseteams.com within 48 hours of the time when your product was delivered. This will allow us to get in touch with the shipping company and, in the event that the damages were caused by this company, file a claim for damages. In your email, please include your purchase agreement reference number and the cost of the product. Attach a copy of your invoice to your email. CIRO SPORT will not be held responsible for any problems that may have occurred which are not communicated to us within 48 hours of delivery.
When we receive your return, we will check to make sure that it meets the terms and conditions of the return policy set out above. This process may take 10-15 days. Presuming the product meets the conditions set out above, CIRO SPORT will issue a refund for the purchase price, minus the cost of return shipping. The return shipping cost will be equal to the original shipping cost. Your refund will be issued within a maximum of fifteen days, calculated from the day when we receive the object you have returned. Refunds will be issued by reimbursement with the same payment system made by the CLIENT.
CIRO SPORT reserves the right to reject returns communicated or sent after the deadline, or garments that are not in the same condition in which they were received.

If you want to exchange an item for the same item in a different size, please send an email to this effect to atencionalcliente@inverseteams.com company. In your email, please include your purchase agreement reference number and the cost of the product. Attach a copy of your invoice to your email, and tell us the size of the product you purchased and the size that you would like to exchange it for. For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns and exchanges for underwear and similar garments and consumable goods.
Once we receive it, we will confirm that it is in new condition and will proceed to send you your new product. Exchange times may vary depending on where you live.

The products offered through the SITE will be available as long as CIRO SPORT has them in stock. The CLIENT will be informed in any case of this circumstance. The delivery time of the product will be between 3 and 10 days depending on where the shipping address is located.
If eventually a product purchased by the CUSTOMER is not available, this circumstance will be communicated and a new delivery period will be offered. If it is not possible to deliver the purchased product, the CUSTOMER will be offered the possibility of canceling the purchase if he wishes.
The CUSTOMER must indicate the shipping address in the order. The shipment will be made by home delivery through a courier service of the NACEX and / or FEDEX companies. If the CUSTOMER detects at the time of delivery that a product is damaged or is not included in the shipment, it must indicate it in writing on the delivery note and send an e-mail to the address atencionalcliente@inverseteams.com within a maximum period of 48 hours since CIRO SPORT must inform the transport company and claim the damages in case they have been produced by it. If the CLIENT does not communicate the possible incidents that it detects, CIRO SPORT is not responsible for the damages caused.

All credit and debit card payments will be processed via the “La Caixa” payment processing system, which uses the advanced 3D Secure payment security system. When you click on the “Place order” button, you will be redirected to the La Caixa payment processing system. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.
All payments processed via this payment system will be sent to your bank for approval. If accepted, the payment for your purchase will immediately be sent to us via the automated processing system.
