All our products have the current legal guarantee. If the product has a factory defect, and you purchased it at inverseteams.com, send an email to atencionalcliente@inverseteams.com to offer you an exchange or free repair.
If you have purchased the product at an official point of sale, you must manage it through the store.

Conditions to apply the guarantee:

• Wash the garment and make sure it is dry before shipping. Otherwise, it will be returned unrepaired.
• If the damage has been caused by intensive use or poor treatment of the product, the guarantee cannot be made effective. In this case, a prior assessment must be made and you will be informed of the cost of the repair.
• There are irreparable damages such as abrasions, cuts, stains, etc. In these cases an alternative solution will be offered, if possible.

REPLACEMENT DUE TO ACCIDENT

Normal wear and tear is not covered. This service only applies to garments torn due to a sports accident.
