Shipment Processing
- Once your purchase is completed, your order will be processed within 1 – 3 business days, excluding private store orders and customizable products.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Barcelona, Spain.
Shipping to Spain & Portugal
- Free shipping on orders over €50 (excluding the Canary Islands).
- Shipping costs:
- Mainland Spain (excluding Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla): €6 + VAT
- Portugal: €9 + VAT
- Canary Islands: €15
- Ceuta and Melilla: €6
- Estimated delivery time: 2 to 4 business days
Shipping within the European Union (EU Countries)
- Free shipping on orders over €150
- VAT is included in the purchase price.
- Shipping cost: €12 + VAT
- Estimated delivery time: 3 to 6 business days
Shipping to European Countries Outside the EU (e.g. Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, etc)
- Shipping cost: €25
- Prices are exempt from VAT.
- Only the net price of the purchased items will be invoiced.
- Please note that when the merchandise reaches the destination country, taxes, customs duties and additional fees will be applied, this may vary in each country. These local taxes and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer and will be required by the transport company before delivery of the product.
- In the event that the buyer refuses to pay the taxes, the order will be returned to our warehouses, and the company will refund the amount of the product less the shipping cost.

International Shipping (Rest of the World)

The products offered through the SITE will be available as long as CIRO SPORT has them in stock. The CLIENT will be informed in any case of this circumstance. If eventually a product purchased by the CUSTOMER is not available, this circumstance will be communicated and a new delivery period will be offered. If it is not possible to deliver the purchased product, the CUSTOMER will be offered the possibility of canceling the purchase if he wishes.
