HOW DO YOU MAKE A CUSTOM JERSEY FOR ENDURO MTB CYCLING?

The great biker Chus Castellanos of Planet MTB made a report on how a custom Enduro or All Mountain cycling jersey is made, drawing from the manufacture of their own clothing.

INVERSE is the only national manufacturer that makes customised clothing for all types of cycling (road, track, MTB, BTT, XC, XCO, XCR, XCE, XCM, AM, 4X, DH, BMX, DJ, FR, etc. .). It is hardly surprising then, that INVERSE equips all cycling trials in which the Spanish national and Olympic cycling team takes part, and is the official provider of the RFEC (Royal Spanish Cycling Federation).

INVERSE has a wide range of personalised cycling clothing and more specific All Mountain custom cycling clothing that would include different cycling modalities such as Enduro, DH (Downhill), BMX (Bike Moto Cross), DJ (Dirt Jump) and FR (FreeRide). These are clothes specially designed with a pattern that moves away from the tighter jerseys or culottes that are used in conventional road cycling or mountain biking.

And for several seasons, INVERSE has had the honour of dressing the great biker and champion Chus Castellanos and the team of his Planet MTB project. Chus is a great communicator and a national reference in the training of MTB Enduro cycling.

Chus Castellanos manages the impressive team of the Planet MTB portal that is a reference in the world of MTB and Enduro cycling. Planet MTB was a paper magazine from 2008 to 2013, and brought out 45 issues. In sports, Chus Castellanos has obtained more than ten national titles between BMX and MTB, and has represented Spain in the national team. Chus now shares the direction of the communicative Planet MTB project with his training work, giving MTB and Enduro courses. Chus is also the author of the interesting book “Enduro MTB”.

With the arrival of the new Planet MTB team gear, Chus Castellanos went to our factory to make the following report on how a jersey is made.
